Booking Policy
A refundable security bond is payable on selected accommodation and may be dependant on the number of people and the time of year for accommodation. Bond will be refunded within 7 - 14 days after departure and post inspection of the property.

Payment of Deposit
A deposit is required within 3 days of booking date to secure the accommodation.

Payment of Accommodation
Accommodation must be paid for in full 1 week prior to scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted where notice is given in writing 7 days prior to scheduled occupancy date. Deposits are transferable but not refundable.
